Your information and privacy
David Willards Group collects the contact details, property goals and financial information you choose to provide so we can respond to your enquiry, understand your circumstances and discuss appropriate next steps.
Sign-in and your profile
This portal uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your account. If you do not have a ChatGPT account, you can create one during sign-in. DWG receives your sign-in identity and email, but does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. Manage your account recovery and multifactor authentication through your ChatGPT account settings.
Who can see your information
Within this portal, your profile and application are restricted to you and authorised DWG administration. Another client cannot view your financial information. Adding a joint applicant’s details does not grant that person access to your account. Only provide another person’s details if you have their permission.
Storage and service providers
Profile and financial answers are encrypted before storage. The portal uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process information outside Australia. Where you consent to DWG’s customer-management process, selected application fields may be transferred to GoHighLevel when that connection is available. Supporting documents are not automatically transferred to the CRM.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile and saved draft before submission. Submitted applications are locked against changes; contact us for corrections. Use the application’s delete control to remove the portal financial record and any associated documents, or contact us for assistance with profile deletion. Deleting a portal record does not automatically delete records already transferred to other systems. Limited audit records may be retained for security and administration.
What this application means
Submitting the WILLARDS APPLICATION FORM is an initial information-gathering step. It does not guarantee finance approval, authorise a credit enquiry, or commit you to buying a property or joining a membership. Any formal credit assessment, additional authority or professional engagement is explained separately.
Do not provide passwords, bank-login credentials or tax file numbers. Document upload is offered only when the secure upload checks are available.
